On behalf of the JCA of Income Tax Employees Federation/Circle and the Income Tax Gazetted Officers Association/State, we submit herewith the following Charter of Demands. The members of the two Federations whom we represent are concerned over the inordinate delay in settling the issues, even though our national leaders have discussed these matters with various authorities in the Board on several occasions. We also note with regret that the assurances held out by the Board were not honoured. We once again request that expeditious action may be taken to settle these issues so as to bring about a peaceful and cordial atmosphere in the department.
