Dear Comrades,
In continuation to our circular no. 12 dated 29th June, 2009 it is clarified that the day long Mass Dharna programme slated for 14th July, 2009, should be organised at all stations. You are also requested to hold a Lunch-Hour Demonstration on the same day.
A telegram may also be sent to the Chairman CBDT on the same day in the following format :
"KINDLY INTERVENE TO HOLD THE EXAM-2009 UNDER THE OLD SYLLABUS AND TO FINALISE THE DRAFT NEW EXAM RULES IN CONSULTATION WITH ITEF."
