Dear Comrade,
This is in continuation of our Circular No. 54 dated 29th December, 2008. We are writing to you on a subject of organizational importance. At the last Conference of the Federation we decided to encourage and enlist the participation of women comrades in our day to day activities. Accordingly a decision was taken that every circle should encourage electing a women comrade to their Executive Committee. At the national level we decided to nominate 6 comrades as special invitees to our Working Committee. The Central Working Committee meeting however, could not witness the presence of all these six comrades on all occasions. However, it has given us encouragement to go ahead with the intention of enlisting the participation of the women comrades at the deliberations at the apex level. It has therefore been decided that all circles should be advised to include at least two delegates from among the women comrades who can be over and above the entitled number of delegates and observers. Kindly, therefore, get in touch with the active women comrades and ensure that they are included in the delegation for the ensuing conference. We have decided to hold a separate women's convention on 12.2.2009. In case any of these comrades are unable to be away from their home for a continuous period of 5 days, they may please be requested to reach Mumbai latest by 12.2.2009 morning and may return on the same night or the next day. The women convention will be held at the conference venue i.e. K Star Hotel, CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai.

Notice is hereby given for a Joint Working Committee Meeting of the J.C.A (Joint Council for Action) comprising of I.T.G.O.A and I.T.E.F to be held at 02.30 PM. on 9th February, 2009 (Monday) at Mumbai, to discuss on the following :

- To review the functioning of J.C.A at all the regions across the country.
- To discuss & evolve strategies for better co-ordination between the two organizations,
- To discuss any other matter with the permission of the Presidium
President & General Secretary/Secretary of all the Units of ITGOA & ITEF are requested to positively attend this meeting, for ensuring a better co-operation. Such a meeting is being held after a lapse of about 12 Years. The venue of the meeting is K Star Hotel, CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai. (Venue of the delegates session of the ITEF Conference)
The ITEF cordially invite all the Managing Committee members of ITGOA and other delegates attending the JWC meeting to attend the Inaugural and Open session of the 27th All India Delegates Conference of the ITEF on 10th Feb. 2009 at Patkar Hall, Church Gate, Near Aayakar Bhawan, Mumbai.
