Dear comrade,
A meeting of the Committee set up by the Board to finalize the utilization of the infrastructure fund made available for the year 2008-09 i.e 496 Cr was held on 3rd November, 2008. . In order to consider our request for making the staff rooms air-conditioned, they require to know as to how many Air Conditioner units would be required to be purchased. We shall be able to reply to this query if we have the following information.
a) The area occupied by the staff in various building in your charge. Station-wise details are required.
b) What are the additional facilities needed to the MSTU like more hostel rooms, lecture rooms, other equipments etc. etc.
Kindly provide us with the above information by email as the next meeting is slated to take place on 14.11.2008.
